At Noize, we want you to be completely satisfied with your sustainable fashion purchase. If your order isn't quite right, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery for all unworn items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Choose between a refund to your original payment method or a store credit, then download and print your prepaid shipping label.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached, and affix the prepaid label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the nearest authorized shipping location and keep your tracking number handy until your refund is processed.
